We at Eker Design knows the importance of the prototype process. This is an essential tool for the engineering phase. We are able to make all sorts of prototypes, test samples and working samples, before the start up of production tools, molds, fixtures, electronics and optics. The prototypes are used for environmental tests, approvals, market entrance and heavy end user tests to ensure our customers high quality products.
We also do repeatability tests to ensure the mechanical quality of the different parts, and a drop test; with or without packaging is also a part of the performed mechanical testing.
