Production
To be able to have a lean production, saving both time and cost we involve ourselves directly at the production site. To achieve the best results being “lean” in the production phase, our minds are set already at the very beginning of the design and construction of the product. Low amount of parts and both easy & safe assembly methods are two of our leads in this mindset process.
Since our minds are set all the way to the production line, we have great knowledge of the products assembly methods. We do pre-production of the first assembled units, managing all file revisions and improvements, and at the same time teach the production personnel, preparing each worker for the tasks of mass- production. This pre-production process also includes setting ut the production line, and making fixtures and jigs for easy & safe mass-production assembly.
