Høiax
We have completed several projects together with Høiax the last few years all of which have been big commercial successes.
HeatEx 30 (water heater)
Energy consumption, easy installation, low material/assembly cost and transferable design elements were main requirements when designing Hoiax AS new product HeatEx 30. The result is a compact, light weight, flexible and environmental friendly product with an energy consumption reduction of 20%, assembly time reduction of 50% and BOM (Bill Of Material) reduction of 22% compared to previous model. Even with high Norwegian labour cost, strong currency and interest rate, this optimization and production-friendly design has resulted in a highly international competitive product. As all other projects, our worldwide sub contractor network was used to obtain competitive part and tooling cost.
Since the product release 10.january 2003, Høiax AS have increased the sale of 30 litre water heaters with 40% and are now marked leader in this segment in Norway.
Høiax Titanium Extreme (water heater)
This water heater is designed and developed to meat tomorrows requirements to quality and functionality. By using the best available materials and the latest production methods we have developed this water heater to be the marked leader for life span, durability and insulation capacity for the next decade or longer.
